Ar meilh ruz

"Ar meilh ruz", in French, translates to: "le rouget", a very nice fish that one meets on the sandy bottom of the Island of Groix.
This piece is inspired by the rhythm of the "laridé", a famous dance of the Bro Gwened (the Vannetais)
One day I had the honour of meeting a pope of Breton music, and he told me, with wisdom: "the laridé, it must be played:(black/eighth): "Ta ta ta ta ta ta...." So I've done:"Ta ta ta ta ta...."!
Violoncelle: Maud Caron, alto: Roseline Macario, violons :Youenn Lorec et Fabienne Pratali
